0Cr26Ni5Mo2 Stainless Steel Composition & Duplex Properties

0Cr26Ni5Mo2 is a duplex stainless steel specified in GB/T 4237 and GB/T 4238. With a higher chromium content of approximately 23–28% along with nickel and molybdenum, it offers good resistance to chloride pitting and stress corrosion cracking together with high structural strength.

In the solution-annealed condition, the grade provides a minimum yield strength of 390 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 590 MPa while maintaining good ductility and fabrication performance. It is commonly used in heat exchangers, chemical vessels, marine shafts, and acid-resistant equipment linings.

0Cr26Ni5Mo2 is available as plates, bars, and tubes. It is widely used in chemical equipment, seawater service, and pressure-bearing structural components.
