0Cr25Ni20 Stainless Steel Composition & High‑Temperature Austenitic Properties

0Cr25Ni20 is a high‑alloy austenitic stainless steel specified in GB/T 4237 and GB/T 4238, comparable to the widely used 310S grade. With approximately 24–26% chromium and 19–22% nickel, it provides outstanding oxidation resistance and heat resistance at elevated temperatures.

The grade is designed for long‑term service above 1000°C and performs reliably under thermal cycling, oxidation, and high‑temperature operating conditions. It is widely used in industrial furnaces, combustion chambers, heat‑treatment equipment, boiler components, and thermal transfer systems.
