Prime Quality Alloy 316 Stainless Steel Flat Bars Round Bars

As a certified ISO 9001:2008 company, BEBOM will offer prime quality alloy 316 stainless steel round bars and flat bars. 316 austenitic stainless steel plates and bars are hot selling products.
Stainless steel 316 is an alloy combined with a high concentration of molybdenum, chromium and nickel. Alloy 316 exhibits good strength and excellent corrosion resistance, as supplied in the annealed condition with a typical brinell hardness of 175. Characterized by high corrosion resistance in marine and industrial atmospheres, Alloy 316 exhibits excellent resistance to chloride attack and against complex suphur compounds employed in the pulp and paper processing industries. The addition of 2% to 3% of molybdenum increases its resistance to pitting corrosion and improves its creep resistance at elevated temperatures. Also 316 stainless steel flat bars and round bars display good oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures and has excellent weldability.
316 alloy steel flat bars and round bars cannot be hardened by thermal treatment, but strength and hardness can be increased substantially by cold working, with susequent reduction in ductility. Austenitic stainless steel 316 is now available with improved machinability (by calcium injection treatment), which has little effect on corrosion resistance and weldability while greatly increasing feeds and/or speeds, plus extending tool life.
316 stainless steel flat bar and round bar is also called “marine steel”. It also can be used extensively by the Marine, Chemical, Petrochemical, Pulp and Paper, Textile, Transport, Manufacturing and allied industries. Typical uses are:
Architectural Components, Textile Equipment, Pulp and Paper Processing Equipment, Marine Equipment and Fittings, Photographic Equipment and X-Ray Equipment etc.
Welcome to inquiry for 316 cold drown stainless steel round bars and 316 hot rolled stainless steel flat bars.
